Researchers: Dolphins found using tools

Government prepares armed response.

Donald Rumsfield, Secretery of Defense, was quoted as saying "tool using dolphins are an immediate and pressing threat to national security. We cannot allow any other species, let alone frolicsome, ocean-living mammals lacking opposable thumbs, to get ahead of us. Today tool use, tomorrow it's a sure bet they'll have WMDs. "
